At TutivSoft, we are committed to providing high-quality software and services. We use Paddle.com as our primary payment gateway and Merchant of Record.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Refund Policy

We offer a No Questions Asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, simply inform us and we will issue a full refund.

TutivSoft will process the refund of the entire amount using the inbuilt options in Paddle. This ensures the money will go back directly into your original payment account.

We commit to processing your refund within 24 hours of receiving your email.
